Homespec Inventories Ltd. was founded in 2011 to provide bespoke inventories for all Lettings & Managing agents throughout London. We are renowned for our efficiency and expertise within the industry and have built great relations with all our clients.
All our Inventory clerks are trained in house and work directly for Homespec Group Ltd. To ensure the standard of quality never drops as well as the format of your reports never change.
In 2013 Homespec Inventories was renamed to Homespec Management due to expansion of business to which now offered Energy Performance Certificates, Gas Safety Certificates and Electrical Certificates, whilst moving onto floor and lease plans towards the end of the year to provide our clients with various services under one roof. This benefitted our clients as various jobs could be undertaken within 1 booking saving them time and money.
Through the years of running Homespec we often received positive feedback from our clients as well requests to broaden the company to incorporate more services such as cleaning, maintenance & removals through the reliable service we currently offer. We are delighted to confirm in November 2015 a cleaning division was launched providing professional end of tenancy cleans as well as contract cleaning services to all industries followed by a full maintenance team to undergo redecoration works for pre/post tenancies. In 2016 we then decided to take things to the next level by offering architectural designs and plans by qualified specialists improve and maximise the potential of living for their homes, making Homespec Group Ltd. A true one stop shop for all your property needs.
Whilst only trying to move the company forward we hope to expand the company further in the near future to cover all aspects within the property industry.
